You can name it.
You just can't

drop in alone.

You know exactly what's happening. You can describe it, name it, trace its edges. And still — you keep getting caught in the logic of it, circling the surface.

That's not failure. That's just how we're wired. We weren't meant to drop in alone.

What This Session Is

This is a two-hour space for the question, tension, or confusion that won't resolve through thinking alone.

Instead of forcing answers, we slow down and listen. Together we make space for what is real — the emotion, the pressure, the grief underneath the transition. From that steadier place, I gently guide a process using what best fits you in the moment.

This may include Brainspotting, guided visualization, Tarot or Oracle Cards, Reiki, parts informed dialogue, and sand tray.

(And yes, I sometimes call my Brainspotting pointer a magic wand. Because honestly? It kind of is.)

There is no performance required.

No need to arrive with clarity.

This is not about fixing your mindset. It is about listening to yourself more honestly and compassionately.

You do not have to choose between intuition and practicality.
We hold both.

About Your Facilitator and Guide

Megan Malick, LMFT, MDiv has spent her whole life making the path while walking it. She became native to liminal space —that uncomfortable place between what was and what’s next. Turns out, that’s exactly where grief lives. And transition. And becoming.

She’s a therapist, Brainspotting practitioner, grief guide, vocational doula, and author of A New Path.

She loves dark roast, deep conversations, bright colors, her closest people (especially her spouse, Joe) and black cats.

I don't come to this work from a textbook. I come to it from the woods. I know what it's like to be lost in them. And I've learned that you don't have to find your way out alone.

Embodied Discernment and Visioning Sessions offer reflection, guidance, education, and supportive practices; they are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
